Meera is a fully qualified independent occupational therapist specializing in physical disabilities.
She has over 10 years relevant clinical experience both in health and social care services having extensive experience with rehabilitation, providing bespoke tailor made treatments to those who have been affected by an acute disability.
Meera also has experience with a broad range of complex equipment providing the most suitable item to the need of the individual and ensuring the environment meets the need of the client and their families.
These experiences have abled Meera to identify areas of functional difficulty within the home environment, and she is committed to maintaining a person’s independence at home. Her experience with equipment and housing adaptations allows her to work with housing queries, especially those in the adult and elderly groups. Meera is able to work with architects and draw up specifications to ensure the environment is best suited to the clients to ensure their safety and independence in their own home.
She is also able to complete comprehensive medical legal assessments, working jointly with solicitors to ensure the best outcome for the client.
