Matthew is a practicing educational and occupational consultant, specialising in neurodiversity, vocational rehabilitation and career development. Matthew has specific expertise in educational and vocational assessments for employment and rehabilitation, for people with long-term health conditions, special educational needs, complex disabilities and neurodiversity – with a particular interest in vocational support after acquired brain injury and neurological conditions.

- A practicing organisational and business psychologist with cutting-edge expertise in leadership, well-being, inclusive practices, organisational development, selection and personal development
- Significant experience of assessment, reporting and expert witness service for appeals tribunals and litigation processes, in more than sixty cases.
- Published in international journals ranging from leadership and training to curriculum development and financial modelling of provision
- Over a decade of experience in applied research, focusing on inclusion, diversity, performance, personality, quality of life and change management
