Abi has an open-minded and friendly approach to people with broad experience of living in different countries with different cultures. She has lived in Zimbabwe, South Africa and in the UK for the past decade. She leads an active lifestyle enjoying running, cycling, yoga and travel and is passionate about helping people to achieve their full potential. She values positive relationships with her clients and works hard to understand their specific goals to ensure that treatments are personal and meaningful to them.

Abi is an experienced clinician in both the NHS and the private sector where she has worked in some of London’s best hospitals. Abi treats patients with a wide range of conditions and has a special interest in cardiorespiratory care and rehabilitation following critical illness or surgery. Alongside her clinical work, Abi is a senior lecturer in physiotherapy at St Mary’s University in Twickenham.
