Ruth has worked as an Occupational Therapist for over 20 years, treating clients with temporary & permanent physical impairments. She has experience treating people with long term conditions, age related pathologies including organic neuropathy, respiratory illnesses, orthopaedic trauma including amputations, oncology and palliative care.

Ruth is highly competent in assessing the manual handling requirements of people with impairments, including those who require bariatric equipment.

Ruth has extensive experience of both short- and long-term rehabilitation; home assessments & the provision of assistive equipment. She is also able to recommend and design housing adaptations.
